Yeah, thats always been one of my favorite moments in the sport. Reminds me that even though those guys both had reps as heated rivals, and as kinda diva attitudes (a bit, not like some) that this was gentlemanly sportsmanship at it's finest.
And, IIRC, an official tried to convince Senna to get off, but Senna pretty much shoved him away from the car.

It’s funny, you got a point as the modern day porcupine/aero efficient cars will definitely hurt and prevent it.
It's also funny to see Ayrton kick the marshals out of his way.
