It is not the way you want to see a talent as his in such a bad way. he will have to win some races to get out of this one

If the team, excluding the driver caused the car to be illegal before it even turns a wheel, why would he need to win some races to prove himself? I'm not sure why a driver has to be penalized when he hasn't even sat in the car yet.

The point is, did the driver know or not know of the infringment. If he didn`t know, then by all means do not punish the driver.
