Bobby Rahal said "This is vindication. Some guys who have driven for us in the past said this team doesn't have the will to win. It's all about having the right driver." Crybaby Danica wasn't the right driver.

Good for RHR. Now, Speedtv.com guys, please take the lead photo and caption that Pacific Coast has dropped out off the site and mention the fact they showed up, ran well and finished the race.

“I hit a tire leaving the pit and then locked the car up,” Patrick said. “Fortunately I didn't make any contact with anyone.”

Sounds vaguely like a (not too strong) attempt to excuse this mistake without excusing Briscoe's eerily similar mistake at Indy.

Good call mjj237, that was exactly the same mistake Briscoe made at Indy. Where does she get the idea she didn't hit anyone? The gas man that put the nose back on top of her car was hit. Great race, but three wrecks under caution? That was strange!

I am continually surprise at the lack of driver skills and the resulting extended and Boring cautions. Is it too much to expect hat these professionals should be able to drive around the track without running into each other, Especially Under Caution.

The irony in this race is so thick. Dixon calling Danica an idiot driver, then he does something equally or perhaps even more idiotic. Danica reads Briscoe the riot act, then performs one of the best pit snafu moves I've seen this year. Hilarious!

I watched the race for the third time, and I looked really closely at the Danica incident. Somebody want to point out exactly where the tire was that she hit? Because I sure didn't see any tires get hit.

Not to defend Danica, but I saw a tire flip up in the background as she pulled out of her pits. It didn't look like she ran it over, but more like the spinning rear tire kicked it up. It didn't look like enuf to cause a driver error.

Question for anyone who watched the broadcast: Do you think ABC constantly has the engine sound so loud, you can barely hear the announcers? Not that bad a thing, considering how bad they are. After about an hour, it gets real annoying. I think Speed gets the sound mix about perfect.

Danica, Danica, Danica ... ran over a tire?? Stay away from the illegals girl cause your having delusions. She lost it by being overaggressive on the pit out and couldn't control it. She is very lucky again that she didn't hurt someone on a blonde move.

Danica publicly claims, contrary to the full-frame video evidence, she lost control in the pits because she hit a tire. Well, at least her record of ridiculous "it wasn't my fault" fabrications remains intact.
