Ha, Ha.. I just got done screaming at my TV; the exact same thing! I think it's coming on after Pinks. Looks like Speed screwed up it's cross-coastal time calculations. 9am Florida, 6am pt. Let's hope. Fingers crossed.

I don't know either. It is simply amazing to me that there is absolutely NO WHERE somebody can look to get an accurate start time for KNOWN programming.
I look at tvracer.com, tvguide, a thread on this website, etc., etc., and somehow it always seems to fail at some point. Having had this happen to me about a dozen times over the years, I've learned to check it about 10 different ways. Just last night I scrolled thru my cable's guide and found it at 8AM. Checked tvracer.com and found no listing at all. (This morning it says 9AM.) I check the thread on this website -- which has always been reliable up until now -- and it said 8AM. I checked SpeedTV's schedule last night, and as usual, it was FUBAR. (Ask a vet what is FUBAR.) It had two different listings for F1, but they did say 8AM. (This morning it says 9AM.)
Don't get me wrong, I truly appreciate the fact that some guy takes the time to put together a tv schedule, but for the love of God, why can't SpeedTV and every friggin body else get the @#*($&^*(@#&*( schedule correct? How #)$#($*)#(*$ difficult is it to get KNOWN programming down correctly!

Im getting really sick of this ####! It seems like every weekend speed is doing something to piss me off. If there was any other way for me to see Formula 1 I would cancel my subscription and be done with all these headaches. I mean for the love of god I already have to find other ways to watch the WRC, LMS, WTCC, FIA GT, BTCC, and so on because all speed wants to show now days is anything with Nascar in the name and dumb ass redneck or tuner shows.
Thanks Speed...for starting my 4th off so well.

I, too, was annoyed this morning but at least it will be shown (live) in forty minutes. The sticky thread has been historically more reliable than the Speed web site but not this time. With satellite I can check the schedule on the TV but I don't always do so (and it's not always correct, either, though it is in this case) and you can only look a day or so ahead of time.
Oh well, I was up anyway.

I'm not very happy either... I was going to be away and had set my DVR. If I had came home to find it wasn't on at the right time I would have been furious. The person who sets these schedules needs to understand that people like me/us plan our day on this stuff. I would have stayed in bed.

Best thing to do is to check the F1.com website and convert to your local time. That's how I found out not to arrive at work an hour earlier. But yeah it almost caught me out too.

My PVR EPG listing had it starting at 8AM EDT (7AM CDT), so I got up expecting to see it.
Like everyone else, all I had was an episode of Pinks.
Switched over to SPEED in time to catch the last few minutes of "live" practice.
Oh well, par for the course nowadays when it comes to SPEED and F1.
An afterthought, at best.
