I think that if a spec engine is used, that's all that will be spec. The chassis will be prototype.

Keep in mind, they don't have to be street-bike engines.

I think they agreed to the concept, DR, but the rules are yet to be hammered out.

spec motors and ECUs... sounds like DMG was looking for the same effect thru the back door. ~L~
