I think that if a spec engine is used, that's all that will be spec. The chassis will be prototype.
Keep in mind, they don't have to be street-bike engines.

I thought this was already a done deal?? This roadracing world article makes it sound like they have already voted on and agreed to the changes.

I think they agreed to the concept, DR, but the rules are yet to be hammered out.
