Our protests concerning Nicole the Shrew and Dopey Drew finally got them off the Speed Report. The next most annoying person on Speed is, by far, Kenny Wallace. I have never before seen one person who could talk so much and actually have so little to say!.
The guy mouths unending platitudes, stating and restating the obvious, but imparts almost zero information after that avalanche of words.
Perhaps its like the circus clown who provides comic relief for the serious acts, maybe every show needs a monkey for the organ grinder. His stupid act is just sad now : the forced laugh, the buffonish over-acting, the endless NASCAR brown-nosing.
All I know is that his diarrhea of the mouth takes up far too much time, when we could be getting real information from other sources.
There HAS to be a better co-host. Your job, SPEED, is to find him or her and dump this pathetic loser.

Personally, I thought the show was boring without Kenny. First time in a very long time that we did not watch the entire show. We flipped back and forth between Raceday and the Indy Car race.

Raceday and the Speed Report are not the same thing. The first is entertainment -- Kenny, take a bow -- and the second is actual news. I didn't like Nicole and Drew because I've never seen either before and they replaced knowledgeable people like Varsha. They were a sop to the teen viewers but they didn't add anything to the news, as their predecessors did. Secondly, did Nicole's mom dress her? It says something that on a site devoted to dedicated gearheads that I should be mentioning someone's wardrobe, but the weird stuff that she wore completely distracted from what it was she was reading. And, frankly, it would take a ton of ugly to make such a beautiful woman look so bad, but she seemed to succeed almost every week.

I had a letter published in Car and Driver about the diminishing quality and quantity of Speed's news, and the C/D editors took out my comment referring to Drew and Nicole as Ken and Barbie. This isn't the Breakfast Show on some local station: The Speed Report is important and its hosts bring their own credibility and don't need cute faces and costumes to keep our attention.

As for Kenny Wallace, if you don't like him, don't watch the show. It isn't as if you're missing anything except the 1 1/2 hours before the pre-race show actually starts. Okay, you will be missing Wendy Venturini.

heck, even just seeing the commercials for it make me grab the remote and change it fast.
nobody should be subjected to jimmy spencer popping up that quickly on the screen.

and kennys' mouth is never seen in any other position other than wide stinkin' open !!!!

Nicole Manske was Speed's loss and ESPN's gain. Being able to watch her 5 times per week on NASCAR Now is a nice treat.

Kenny is awesome. Many of us out here like the guy. I vote for him staying!
