That was a fun session towards the end. Gotta give it up for Spies--he is looking like the real deal: New bike, New track, New tires, and in the wet he's faster than half of the grid.

Toseland feeling the pressure threw it down the track twice in one lap.

NO ONE has anything for Casey. No one.

Here's hoping for a wet race tomorrow.

Gotta agree on Spies - Yes He IS the real deal. Stoner is the man and wants to retain the title. He has a lot of work. Only one way... win races.

Glad to see Nicky taking to the new equip so well. I still think it is more mental than equip. Whatever... it is working! Yea!

I couldn't believe JT pitchin it twice. He was probably just tryin to get past start finish for one last lap. Ooooops! Last time I saw anyone do that was Tray Batey in like 98 or so at IRP. Anyway, gotta give em props for tryin so hard.

Even more props for Spies for beatin JT on his home track in qualifying. I got Spies doing top 10. No doubt and finishing better is only dependent on how much he wants to let out now vs. staying 100% certain of finishing. Based on what I observed just now he's top 6 material already with no where to go but higher up the order.

Stoner is looking good in the wet and the dry so far. He may have found his Mojo back! The championship could get even more interesting. Ben did a good job, said in the interview right after QP that he had made a mistake costing him a half a second on one of his fast laps. He is living up to the hype.
Gotta feel for JL, hope the kid gets his confidence back soon, he was too much fun to watch when he was on form early on.
Hayden is looking good in both climates as well.

Sure hope it's a dry race.

Toseland off hard twice in a lap was hard to watch - hope he's ok. He walked away but sometimes it takes a while to sink in.

A few notable comments from me:

Spies: I was really kind of sick of hearing about all of this....... until QP. Gotta agree with the former posters, he does seem to be the real deal... now lets just see what the kid has at race time.

And I love seeing Hayden ahead of Peepee.... and I hope it stays this way.

And my boy West finally has done something on the P.O.S KAW besides run at the back! Yaaaaay!

Gonna be a cracking race I think wink
