Getting a bit tired of the rigid date & times of league racing, enjoying more just pickup racing when it fits in. By far my FAV is rfactor's Megane racing #######################.
########################, there's often 25 to 35 entries for these 15 min prac/Qual & 15 min races. Decent mod, decent tracks, NON stop action! Downside is always some unruly crashers, they are a nuisance, oh well...

How about other places?*
(Not promoting a league here, just to share the many places for us sim junkies to get a quick fix..)

Agree with JPM. I've found the majority of racing on RFC's servers are pretty clean. Always exceptions of course. But for a public server I'd say it's one of the better ones.

it´s probably because the megane server regulars are ppl who doesn't have the attention span to learn anything else than driving different variations of two ISI tracks in one slow car for three years

The ppl on the RFC servers are ppl who can take their time to do about ten practice laps on a new track and car before racing

In the rF Megane server racing, that’s one of the challenges is getting thru the crash scenes. Rather fun to come up on a wreck scene and get thru it cleanly, likely pick up some positions - always a chuckle over that. Down side is being a victim in one, being taken out by some Zero. I gotta say the guys running up front are pretty darn good. Do feel sorry for them when they come up to lap the often idiots running at the other end of the grid.

I remember my SCGT racing days, how the AI cars would often wreck and give you the carnage scenes to weave thru. I miss that nowdays, rF AI cars need to have some random incident generator or something!

As for rF server Megane series track variety, its 4 or 5 tracks and some in reverse too. The rF central jumps around too fast to mods and tracks, lots of folks don't have time to setup and learn these in the 1 to 2 weeks and race competively

You can get nascar 2003 on Ebay. I have some friends that are on Iracing now and say I will never get on back on n2003 or arca sim once I get it. It is a pay to play sim
