The turn 1 at that has to be a ##### for anyone. I bet the elevation change is incredible when you see it in person. I think more tracks should have corners like that. And more Laguna Seca type corkscrew's. Really separate the men from the boys.

Wait, Joe B, so the guy who "smoked the MotoGP field" a couple of years ago is really just a "boy". Interesting.

Hate to say it, but Troy is looking a bit old lately. So is Biaggi. Corser on the otherhand looks good.

I missed the coverage on Speed, did it even mention the hail before race 1? I just watched both sbk and the ss races on worldsbk.com. SS race was a good one too.

Just because he went wide in the corner a couple times. rolleyes Looking old lately - He's still leading the championship.

Corser has one good event and now he's looking good to you. rolleyes

Being a Haga fan must be really frustrating. I mean, when you stick with a guy like Rolfo... at least when he finished 16th you arent that disappointed. Haga on the other hand, will have a race like this and show the kind of form that could easily win him a title... yet some weekends he just doesnt show up, or does something really stupid. Makes you nuts.

I'm a Haga fan & it is not frustrating at all. He gives his best every race & that is all his fans can ask of him. I think it is unfair to say "yet some weekends he just doesnt [sic] show up, or does something really stupid.", he has been remarkably consistent since his return to WSBK & is usually fighting for a podium position every race. Also other than perhaps his ill-advised finger wagging at Max @ Qatar, he hasn't done anything that can be remotely labeled 'stupid'.

I will admit he has failed to capitalize on his opportunities, we all know about his 'ma huang' incident that probably cost him the title in 2000 & the mechanical gremlins that seemed to haunt the Renegade/Koji Ducati team in 2004 & he missed out on the championship by a mere two points last year. But even if he never wins a world title, he is still one of the most exciting racers of his era & one of the few riders, regardless of his starting position on the grid or how well he qualified, is an imminent threat to win the race.

Congrats Nori on the double @ Nurburgring^^

How is the site working now? I had it the last 2 years. They didn't play the races until Tuesday and the quality was a little poor (choppy). The good thing was they had a lot of old races available but I've already viewed them all.

Worked great for me. I knew the race results, but wanted to watch them anyway. I don't have the subscription, and wouldn't matter anyway since not shown live in the U.S. Vids are in WMV format so can open in separate window if you want.
