I have a question about the pavement on some racetracks. My question is i was watching practice from pocono for nascar last week as well as the race. And i was watching an older race from michigan and i saw at both tracks like last week in turn 3 at pocono and in turn 3 at michigan where they only paved 1 part of the racetrack i was just curious why tracks only pave 1 area or certain areas of a racetrack?
