That Budweiser car is awesome. Is there any way to share them online so other Kasey Kahne fans can use that car instead of having to run the EA version? Also the reason EA doesnt allow the alcohol sponsors is because they wouldnt get the E for Everyone rating that they want. It would have to be bumped up to Mature I believe.
That's 100% correct. I haven't seen anything for Nascar '09 yet, but before the #8 car was the dale jr. car, instead of miller lite the car said "Rusty" and then "Kurt Busch", and instead of viagra/phizer, it said "mark martin". The old racing champions die cast was like that too since you could find them at a local department store where kids can see it. That's what made (at the time) ACTION die cast more authentic.

Well I've been out of town for a while but I'm back.
I figured the E rating was the biggest reason for the sponsor issues. It never really bothered me until this year when it actually affected my favorite driver. Thankfully I've pretty much fixed that.
As for the hood pins, I found them on another template randomly and just kinda snagged them that way. All of my other company logos were basically found from Google Image Search and I'd have to cut them out of an image, resize, and make everything the correct color but that's nothing.
The hardest part for Kasey's car was doing the black stripes around the side-skirt that wrap around the back bumper and all. That was aggravating and I ended up finding an NR2K3 template and taking parts of that. I still haven't perfected them wrapping around but I'll worry about that some other time.
It's all pretty easy once you get things the right size and figure out exactly where they should be on the car.

thanks for the info ... i'm trying it now. although, looking at it again, i dont think we need to put the hood pins in. on gamestop.com, i was looking at the images provided for the game. you can see the hood pins on the car in the paint booth, and at the same time they show the psd file, which does not have them. i'm thinking the game just adds them in.

I downloaded the NASCAR 09 demo, looks promising... I enjoyed the old Papyrus NASCAR game, and am looking forward to NASCAR 09 on PS3...
I downloaded the COT and made my own car..

Shimsham,
I am a big Kasey Kahne fan. Can you please send me your Kasey Kahne cars @ ? They look awesome, and I am bugged that the cars say KK on the front and not Bud.
