Considering the fights between Senna and Dennis, Penske shoulda offered Senna a contract right there. Mansell was known to be on the way by December of 1992, so why Penske didn't get Marlboro to give over the money and sign Senna right there is beyond me. Ayrton would persisted far longer than Nigel did.
Bellof would have been a heckuva guy to see at Indy - the guy was a psycho in the car, and a nutcase out of it. Villeneuve woulda made Indy a center for Canadian interest, because after his exploits in F1 with Ferrari he had become a bonafide Canadian hero.

Looking at this from a different angle - how about Bentley Warren? And I am not sure, but I think this guy may have actually run once or twice - Jack Hewitt?
