That is hilarious. Max Mosley, Bernies poodle, saying "We might lose control of F-1!" What's he hanging on for? Does he have to make October to get his full pension?

The thing is, some of those who will decide whether Mad Max stays or goes will buy into his contention that the FIA and Formula 1 are doomed and that only he can save them. We can also look forward to a whitewash by the FIA-appointed investigator into whether Mad Max's little party had any suggestions of nazism. A savior who is squeaky-clean will appeal to a lot of the voters.

Dude, Max is making this too easy.

I know I got into a heated "discussion" with another forum member who supports Max in this business, but Max is really adding ammo to my M4 on this.

Max is trying to conjure up scary scenarios to keep his ass in his seat. It should be PAINFULLY OBVIOUS TO ANYONE that Max does not care about F1, only himself at this point.

He gets nabbed being a Nazi fetishist(?) and now he's saying stuff only George Bush could love. "If you don't vote for me, the terrorists (i.e. commercial interests outside F1) will win."

Now the Royal family in Monaco wants nothing to do with him...teams are trying to do whatever they can to avoid being in public with him (except Ferrari...imagine that) and he's coming up with whack excuses to keep his job.

How anyone can support this guy is beyond me.....

It worked for Shrub, didn't it?

It could work for Mad Max too.

In all fairness to Max, the scenario in question involved feigned German accents and a concentration camp theme, but no overt connection to any political party bearing a resemblance to that which rallied under the Third Reich. wink (nudge, nudge, wink, wink)
