I don't know if I want to watch races where one team wins just about all the races. And the second and third places are a toss between two other teams. And the rest, multiple laps down.

Try as they may, the teams with the money will continue to dominate. Parity might work in other sports, but short of implementing a team spending cap strategy, it just ain't a goin' happy, sports fans...

If there really is parity, why can't MWR, the Woods brother, RedBull, and other field fillers win? Why do the same teams win all of the races?

NASCAR's brainchild, the COT, was suppose to bring about parity and make better competition. All it did was make the gap between the large rich teams and the smaller ones even greater.

What was there before, is there now. The only way to do it is to handicap them like in horseracing. After qualifying, you add weights to the fast cars.
