The NW200 takes place this Saturday May 17th.
You can visit the BBC's NW200 web site for full coverage of all the races.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/northernireland/nw200/
If you visit the site highlights of the 2007 races can be viewed.
Last night's practice is available - Thursday evening's practice will be
available in live streaming.
If you browse the site you will see the race schedule etc. etc.
Forecast for race day is "morning rain" - hopefully it will dry up before the
first race (11am) but seeing it's in Ireland.......

Thanks for the link. Hopefully the racing gets posted ASAP and available to us over on this side of the pond as there are no contract conflicts with any North American broadcasters.

Just finished watching the NW200's Superbike race that I downloaded off of the torrent sites. What an awesome race. First time watching this race from Northern Ireland. Pretty good coverage on BBC. This blows away what is left of the crappy AMA Superbike racing being broadcast on Speed. Time to pop in the Supersport race...

Three of the seven 2008 races are now posted on the BBC NI NW200 site

Watching SBK race 1 and SS race 1 makes one wonder why DMG could not keep these
two classes as their premier classes - seems to work in WSB too

NW200 is exciting as is BSB... Rutter!!! McGuiness and the whoa amazing commentary... hehehe
AMA's Freddie Spencer is a little too long winded... he needs to commentate instead of analyzing... I guess his analysis is what made him world champion.. but that means what Freddie lacks, Gregs needs to make up but he doesn't!!! AMA races are my background noise while I am chatting or surfing, but I never blink on a BSB race, although the many ooohhs and aahhss from the commentators are bit exagerated but it makes it ubber exciting like they can see that the lines aren't right, a small twitches... I tell ya, their eyes are pretty amazing!
I like V8 Supercars commentary too.. smile

I love watching the real road racing - AMA had to wait until tonight before I finally caught any of it. My weekend was spent watching NW200. Good stuff!

RIP Robert Dunlop - what a shame.
