I think Peter with camera in tow will be more welcome than Max. It's all about looking good. If you are photographed being friendly to Max you are either some one who puts the issue behind or some one who wasn't seen on the tapes.

I say all of us who actually saw the video should file a class action suit against Max for the trauma induced by seeing him getting spanked on his bare bum . I'm still having nightmares over it . Any lawyers out there ?

I asked my lawyer and here in NC you can't turn state's evidence in a civil suit. At any time prior to a final verdict by the judge an individual or group can be dropped from the case.
As far as suing Max over the video the worst you can do is have him pay for therapy.
All the media froth whipping would just go away if folk weren't titillated by the story. The *ONLY* reason that this is news is that people have too little excitement in their lives.

on what basis would you sue him? did he make you watch it or you decided to watch it on your own accord, pay for your own therapy.

There are two reasons why the teams have people on the lookout for Max Mosley.
First, they want to know when to send beautiful women, scantily clad in leather and carrying various, uh, "toys" out to distract him and lead him into a tent or hotel, where he will be "kept occupied" for the weekend. That way, he won't make any more sudden and expensive rules changes.
The other reason is, by now half thte team personel and most of the management want to whack him for various reasons. But they don't want to be caught on video, lest someone post a "guy-on-guy" tape. When you run from temptation, you are less likely to give in to it.
Concerning the press: There hasn't been much scandal among the teams this year -- nobody'd stolen Ferrari's secret plans, computer codes, etc -- so they have to fill space somehow. What's more, sex sells, so if they can catch a buxom women wearing a leather "teddy" whuppin' Mr. Mosley's bare bottom, they'll take what they can get and make the most of it. Now if only they could catch Bernie Ecclestone doing something like that... Sorry, I shouldn't be giving the scandal fanatics "bad ideas" and "really great" naughty dreams. Besides, Bernie would look awful in a leather teddy, no matter who he was "disciplining."
