Great show, But I would like to hear more sounds on the how the engine starts and accelerates

This is one of my favorite shows on speed. They really do need more shows. The web site for supercars exposed is lame. It needs more pictures and maybe some videos on the show.

Need info on where the location is for the strip in TEXAS that they were running on trying to get up to 200 mph. I would like to plan a trip there in 2009 for myself and some pals that have a bad itch for going fast. Super Cars Exposed is #1 on speed !!

Pretty good show. A bit difficult not to want to live the hosts lifestyle. But there seem to be just a few shows and it's all re-runs. Alot. All the time.
Are they ever going to make any more shows? If not, please just take it off the air.

OK, I realize I'm about to commit the cardinal faux pas, but I just feel like stirring the pot. Here goes!

I just watched the 7:00 and 8:00 PM EST showing of Super Cars Exposed. They had all the Super Cars one could fathom. Saleen S7, Porche Carrera GT, Lambo's, Maclaren SLK, Vette's, on and on. They were comparing all the performance numbers for all makes and models all were for the most part close in numbers.

Here's where the proverbial stuff hits the fan. Factory Five, YES I did say that, has a "kit car" (Cringe).....called the GTM Mulsanne. It is a street legal car that boasts numbers that mostly top if not at least equal all the Super Cars we all covet all on DOT tires. I would like to see if thats truely the case. I am heavily considering building one and it would be nice to see if owning a "kit car", other than the obvious shame in most circles, would be something actually worth boasting about. I would like to see a real shootout and see who comes out with the honors.

All right I asked for it, let me have it.

If I had the time and an extra $50,000 to $70,000 to build a "kit car" that could equal or top some of those $150,000 to $200,000 or so cars, "shame" surely would NOT be in my vocabulary. The pride that comes with saying "I built this for half what you spent, and it's just as fast as yours" says you know far more about what you have than they know about what they have. Being rich doesn't always get you respect in the automotive world, being fast does, but then again, I'm not rich.

My setiments exactly. Hopefully I can build for 45k or 50k tops. Not that I,m wealthy, I just hope to stretch it out over a couple years or three. Been saving for something special. Grew up without a lot. Now I have a chance to own something I never imagined I would ever be able to own.
