to me it looked like Kyle went below the line to get along side jimmie (could have been hit from behind from gordon but he was below the line) then Jimmie came down to try and block and Kyle was their and they both started to come back above the line.
Well Kyle fans you are now apart of the talk about yellow line rule. i remember back in 2003 i was in my senior year of high school when jr passed below the yellow line and on monday i walked in and a big Mark Martin fan met me at my locker and said " did Jr go below the line?" i looked down and smile and then looked up "yes but the win still tastes sweet lol"

There was no line violation. If there was, NASCAR would have called it. End of story.
Yep, because we all know Nascar never makes mistakes.
That's right! If you don't believe me, just ask them.

To me it looked like he wasn't forced below the yellow line but that's just my opinion. It doesn't really matter now anyways because Kyle Bush won. He is a good driver and he has proven that and I'm not sure he has been anymore reckless then Denny Hamlin was yesterday with his aggressive driving. That being said I think Kyle Bush winning all these races and dominating all three series I think it's going to his head. Although I'm not sure why Denny Hamlin and David Ragan (I believe it was) wasn't penalized for being two wide in the pits? Nascar does need to be more consistant with the penalties they give during the races as they have with other penalties this year.

I saved the race on my DVR and went back and replayed the yellow line incident several times (although it was clear the first time I saw it) and the 48 forced the 18 below the line. Had Kyle not moved there would have been a wreck.
This is not a matter of opinion, it's a matter of fact.

And that's the truth right there.
48 would have been dumped if Kyle didn't ease low.

You are welcome.
But seriously, watch the replays. There is no debate on this. The people who are saying that Kyle should have been penalized don't have a leg to stand on. The tape is very clear and it's not even close.

I watched it several times also. While I question Kyle's trying to fit his car into a very small spot, it was a spot. It looked like Jimmy didn't know he was there and he forced Kyle below the line. Had Kyle not gone below the line, it had "the big one" written all over it.
