Jonathan Summerton has his best qualifying day on the sprint as he starts 3rd behind South Africa's Adrian Zaugg and New Zealand's Jonny Reid. But on the feature - he has qualified 7th. Canada's Robert Wickens and Switzerland's Neel Jani take the front row for the feature.

He did really good indeed. Finally, I must say. TBH I'm being a bit disappointed with JS after previous season when he seemed much more aggressive, brave and hungry for victory. Maybe the accident has something to do with it but I constantly have a feeling like he's driving half-afraid now. Mexico race was good, pass on Wickens was nice and the almost-pass on Jarvis on last lap even nicer, I was on the edge of the couch, finally some balls. His starts are still below par though as he's consistently dropping several spots before the first corner is done, too bad.
