Hey does anyone know the name of that place in Hawaii that Tanner tests all those exotics at?? I looked them up the other day but can't remember the name now. They said it on the episode. I want to book a spot to do that. Its $1,500 for half a day with all those cars.

Thanks

I've got that episode on my Tivo. Let me check it out and I'll let you know.

Great show. Watched it last night for the first time. It was the show where Tanner drives a Ford GT 204 miles an hour.

Two comments:

1. Super cars exposed. Please let us hear the sounds of the car's exhaust, not some stupid music. Expose all the senses to include sounds of the car.

2. Tanner spilled a large coke while driving the Audi R8 I hope that was just a stunt to expose a product placement. Otherwise...really, really stupid.

MOnday night's new episode was great. I'm sure most of you car guys would've liked it. Tanner went to the Texas 1 mile top speed run contest. He drove a Porsche Carerra GT and a modified Ford GT in an attempt to top 200 mph in a mile. Plus he went to an Audi track day event where he floged a new Audi R8 then went out and drove it around the city. GREAT EPISODE!!! Keep up the good work.

I just got an email from NASA telling me to watch it--a day late and a dollar short, tho. :-( Dammit.

I went into the site, but the "program list" didn't show me much of anything except the eastern times, and a whole buttload of nascar crap. Does anyone know when this one will be repeated?

Supercars is by far one of the best things SPEED has done in the recent past.

No Bling, no idiots yelling at each other. We didn't have to endure Remi cutting out another speaker box and MAINLY ... No NASCAR stupidness. Tanner is a smart, entertaining guy who does a great job describing these wonderful machines.

Supercars Exposed is the best show I've seen on Speed since I found Wind Tunnel. Tanner Foust is a great host/driver, and he's actually knowledgeable. Very fun show to watch!

Keep it up, Speed! This is a step in the right direction!!

Another great episode Monday night! Tanner in Miami hanging out with Tony Kanaan and checking out some of his rides. Then out in California looking at some classic Maseratis and drove the MC12. I love this show!

+1!

My only suggestion: have Tanner drive every car on the same course, to compare their lap times. Just like the Stig does on Top Gear, only have Tanner driving and describing each car during the hot laps. And I don't mean drifting, I mean really going as fast as possible on a road course. I'd also make this segment different than Top Gear's, by comparing the total time from a 5 or 10 lap session rather than a single lap, because that's a better comparison.

Supercars Exposed could evolve into the US equivalent to Top Gear.

note to SPEED, steer this show in the direction of Top Gear, and ignore any focus group efforts to dumb it down to NOPI-level.
