Formulaefan expanded her lead over Speeddemon787 by five seconds but the visibility was terrible for the rest of the field. Rockstar4199 was moving up the field outbraking on turn seven moving up to 25th in the order despite the wet track conditions. Unfortunately, he did one outbraking maneuvers too many and slid off at turn seven and into the gravel trap. Rockstar4199 was stuck and couldn’t get out on his own prompting the ITTAWSC officials to throwout the full course caution on lap 33. Everyone went to the pits for fuel and wet tires as the rain stopped and the sun trying to breakthrough the clouds. The pit crews gave their drivers a good pitstop except for Breaker. He stalled the car getting out of pits and the crew using the starter to get him back out. LittleAlGuy came out first while Speeddemon787, Formulaefan, Wotan and McLola were behind him. Breaker came out 25th place and his voice of frustration came out on the radio screaming angrily at his crew.

Breaker’s crew chief told him to calm down and told him it is a long race. The green flag came out on lap 37 as Formulaefan got passed Speeddemon787 and tucked in behind LittleAlGuy’s rear wing. Indyfan2 passes mmi16 for sixth place moving up fast as another car went off the track and it was Armco who tried to make the corner on turn three trying to pass Gag Halfrunt and lost as he tried to get back on the track. Big crash on lap 42, when Bentrod smashed the front stretch wall causing carnage from behind that involved the leaders including Speeddemon787, Formulaefan, Antirover, Third Element, Bolts and Penske14. LittleAlGuy, Wotan, Indyfan2 and the rest of the field came through ok but the race was red flagged as Speeddemon787 and Formulaefan’s championship hopes came to an end. The race was red flagged for the cleaned up as replay showed that Rockstar4199 punted Bentrod into the wall causing the carnage. ITTAWSC officials were not happy and parked Rockstar4199 for the rest of the race. The championship contenders still standing up is Indyfan2 and Breaker as he is in 14th place after the carnage.

Speaking to the Crew Chief: "What happened to Formulaefan?"

Crew Chief Replied: "I don't know the rain is a mess and some bonehead took her out, Speeddemon787 is also out of the race."

Speaking to the Crew Chief: "D***! Its looks like I have to move to the front carefully. Its time to win this championship. We must not fail!"

Crew Chief Replied: "Don't lose the car now, we'll stick to our gameplan!"

Speaking to the Crew Chief: "Roger, Roger!"

LittleAlguy: How much longer will the rain last?

CC: It should be clear by the time they are finished cleaning up the mess. Make sure to keep the rain tires cool.
