Race Summary, Final Part: The Rain Dwarf Separates the Far Cries of Others from the Spoilers
Indyfan2 started to lap traffic and is now closing up on LittleAlguy. Earlier in heavy traffic, Indyfan2 caught and lapped the back of the lead field. This allowed DigIt & Speeddemon787 to close up slightly. Meanwhile Formulaefan inched away from Penske_ALMS still wondering how Formulaefan got ahead of him and is now turning up the boost. With 40 laps to go the lead shrunken by at least 2 seconds because of heavy traffic for the race leader, Speeddemon787 quickly turned up more boost from his Chevrolet engine so do DigIt. McLola wasn’t able to keep up with Speeddemon787 and had to deal with lapped traffic of Armco and RacingLegend to deal with.

Pitstops appears to be coming somewhere in the next 20 laps. However the yellow flag comes out at lap 181 and there is an accident as Mach5m slammed the wall facing backwards at Tunnel Turn. The safety crews are on the scene and this brings to field for their next pitstop.

Meanwhile the clouds started to get darker threatening the race. Indyfan2 chose to stay out on the track as Speeddemon787 and DigIt chose to come in. Formulaefan & Unroolie_Julie stayed out. So does Penske_ALMS and Breaker. However the guys pitted other than these were the Galles team (McLola, Lochtaer and Bolts) and LittleAlguy. The drivers pitted chose to conserve some fuel and it would be some sort of bold move to do so… however the guys who didn’t stop may have to make a pitstop after lap 200-205 range.

Green flag resumed and Indyfan2 pulls away with such a very large lead over now 2nd place driver Breaker. Indyfan2 sailed away from Breaker as Breaker has plenty of work to deal with and the traffic is huge for him to deal with. Not bad for the championship leader to be dealing with that mess. Formulaefan also have work to do as she has to deal with traffic but may catch Breaker in the act. The lead colossally started with 5 seconds on Breaker. Penske_ALMS is also going after Formulaefan for the battle for third place! Unroolie_Julie stayed neutral as the battle unfolds. Lochtaer appeared to have short fueled and is now under attack by Speeddemon787 and DigIt for 6th place. With 34 laps to go the lead then jumped to 6.1 and with traffic it could be Indyfan2’s biggest jump on the field yet but not yet over.

Drizzle was reported at Tunnel turn almost threatening the track with 31 laps to go. The crews and teams feared the most: RAIN!!!!!

Meanwhile Formulaefan and Penske_ALMS are onto Breaker but they got Wotan to deal with.

Speeddemon787 & DigIt slipped past Lochtaer in traffic and moved up a little but both have traffic to deal with. Unroolie_Julie is a little distant from those 2 who were 2nd & 3rd before this yellow came out. Bolts dropped back and started to conserve fuel but not for LittleAlguy as he just dove around the outside at Turn 3 and takes 10th place.

Then suddenly with 28 Laps to go, rain starts to fall on the track while it is green. This triggers two spins. Chkrd_Flag spun coming out of tunnel turn and wounds up in the bumpy grass. The 2nd spin sends the hallowed Field_Marshall sending him into the wall coming into the third turn. Saftey crew rushed to Field_Marshal as his car was suddenly on fire on the rear. The safety crew barely pulled him out of the car as the other safety team extinguished the car out. Field_Marshal was okay.

Indyfan2 is currently race leader, 2nd place was barely Breaker holding off Formulaefan and Penske_ALMS. While Rains starts to pour heavily the race fans aren’t pleased to see mother nature ruin their beer spree as they had to seek shelter from this Pocono rain.

With rain now beginning to pour heavily and now 195 laps complete, the officials were disappointed to see this rain comes down. Everyone tries to take shelter in their RV’s and tents. When 195 laps are completed, two cars have spun off the race track. Then official The CornerMarshal decided to do one thing: wave the red flag and checkard flag to end this rain madness at Lap 197 not even 500 miles yet. The race in a disappointing end was declared official leaving Indyfan2 as the winner of the event after deciding to stay out. In the interview of the Pocono race DigIt and Speeddemon787 appear dumbfounded.

which class will be racing?

No class. Any GT car you want to race. Doesn't matter whether its the Corvette CR6 or the Ferrari F430. Everyone will battle for the overall win.
