Had a thought watching the CTS race from Kansas last weekend...why not go run Trucks and become more of an Owner less of a Driver in Cup. Played correctly, his cars could run up front and he could have more fun running up front himself in a Truck.

I'd rather keep him in the booth for the truck races but agree with your idea of him jumping into something else when he retires from Cup. The Busch (sorry, Nationwide) cars have been pretty good the last couple of years and David Reutimann needs a teammate IMO. He could run well and still serve as a spokesperson for all of the sponsors MWR has.

I wondered what happened to Mikey at the end of the race he was up there with a shot at winning. was listening to his radio and all that i heard was where is a teammate to help get to the start finish line. was told he couldn't do that i thought he might have been in the wreck but found out later on his website his engine let go just as they got the white flag and was able to nurse it around to the finish line to keep from having a dnf

I'm not sure i even didn't see him pushing it but i guess that's when i could no longer hear him on the radio. if he got out of the car to push it also by crossing the finish line his cc told him he would pick up 3 spots that's why finishing was so important
