Andies Lally and Wallace are now shown on the entry list for the Glen for the debut of the Childress-Howard Crawford. It even has AT&T;as a sponsor, although I haven't seen how big the logo actually is on the car yet. Fingers crossed for a good season next year for the Crawford; I think it's a little much to expect good results from a new car still early in its development.

P.S. The race from the Glen is on Friday again.

Wasn't Alex Job racing also running a Crawford? I thought that's what they ran when I was at the Glen 6 hour but the had a Riley in Montreal.

AJR switched to the Riley at Barber. They are leasing an old style car for the rest of the year, and I believe going to the new bodywork Riley for '09.

AJR was running a Crawford. Two races ago they switched to the Riley chassis and were immediately competitive again
after suffering through a horrible season up to that point.
It's a shame, really, what has become of the Crawford chassis. IMO, it was the first of the DP's that looked good.
But, because so few teams were racing it it fell way behind in development and now is all but gone. Unfortunately, I don't see the Childress-Howard car racing for wins even with two great drivers.
