C'mon SPEED, if you're not going to change the format, could you at least explain it? It makes no sense to preview an upcoming race before reviewing the previous one. Even the show's panel seems to acknowledge that. I and many others Tivo the show, then watch the first five minutes and skip to the middle. Half the time, like tonight, I don't even bother to go back to the skipped part. What's the deal?

You answered your own question. The preview is less popular than the review, so by putting the review at the end it keeps people watching the entire show instead of changing the channel as soon as the review is over. I thought it was odd at first, but it makes sense. You don't put the puchline of a joke at the beginning and you don't put the climax of a movie in the first 15 minutes.

The short answer is that they are trying to keep people tuned to SPEED for the entire hour, not just the first half.

The end result it that alot of people, myself included, don't even bother to tune in at all anymore.

I don't watch unless I know Mr Schrader will be on the show. Still think it's be cool to see him on NASCAR Now with Allen and JB. LOL

Never was all that interested in the "preview" of the upcoming race.... only want a thorough rehashing of the one just past.... have basically lost all interest in TWIN.

Well, tonight's show was done in the correct order. We'll see if they stick with it in the following weeks, but it was a much better format tonight. Close the book on last week before moving on to next week.
