Hi i have a question about qualifying for the brickyard - allstate 400 qualifying at indianapolis does anyone know how much it cost to get into the track that day?

I was thinking of going to qualifying that day and was just curious if anyone knew how much it cost to get in? I think in past years it was 25 dollars to get in on that day and i assume that's how much it is going to cost this year as well? 1 of the reasons i'm asking is cause i looked on the indianapolis motor speedway's website and it did not say anything about the price of admission for qualifying and it normally does.

I have 1 more question about qualifying for the allstate 400 are all sections of the grandstands open that day or are some closed i would assume that some are closed.

Cause when i went to indianapolis for carburation day - the final day of practice for the indy 500 in 2007 they closed some sections of the grandstands cause they did not want to have to clean up a big mess 2 days prior to the race.

Anyways the 2 areas i would like to sit at on qualifying day are either turn 1 or turn 3 in 1 of the corners would anyone know if those sections of the grandstands at indy are open on qualifying day for the allstate 400.

If you can't get the answer here head over to trackforum.com It's the main open-wheel board and most of the people are very knowledgeable about Indianaopolis and some also work there

In my experience, the people in the ticket office are very friendly and knowledgeable. Give them a call and ask. They will be happy to help you.

^ That's my favorite thing about Indy. When you call there, it's like a mom and pop's race track. They actually answer the phone and will answer just about any question.
