1st I'm sort of new here.
2nd Was bored,saw this thread-took a look at it.
3rd Thought it was a online game!

5th I hate the NSX(I'm too tall for it)and never would be caught driving one!!
6th WTH is this (just a polite response I'm slow ha ha) It seem to be a mock race of some kind,then how do Win?

This is a fun race commentary thread where one of the users writes commentataries of the race and also predict the result of the race & championship.

Actually we don't have an unofficial game to do such thing. If we all wish we would have done it would be rFactor.

Speeddemon787 is supposed to be doing the rest of the race since Penske_ALMS isn't going to be here for a while. And Part 2.

Please Be Advised, the ITTAWSC2 Schedule is going to 13-race schedule instead of 14-race schedule.

The Final Race will be Roebling with the Classic Indy-lights from 1998-1999.

ITTAWSC2: Sugo International Raceway-Part 2

Race Standings after lap 45:

Breaker leading for the first time in the race but was out of pit sequence and Formulaefan was catching him with her fresh new tires. Uh oh, lap 57 Rockstar 4199 has spun out at turn 11 and when he tried to turn back around. He ran into Armco creating a massive pileup that took out Bolts, Illahsram, Gurney, Risdo, VNAF Ace and Top 2 Percent were involved in the wreck blocking the track. The field stopped at turn 8 as ITTAWSC officials red flag the race. Armco and Gurney were not happy with Rockstar4199 and gave him a tongue lashing about the incident and worst for the rookie is that ITTAWSC officials weren’t given him any slack and was admonished for not watching his mirrors.

The clean up took about a quick fifteen minutes and the race resume under the full course caution as the out of race counts climbs higher. It was a welcome break for Breaker because he was out of sequence in the pit cycle and went into pit road thinking the race will be in his hands. Uh Oh, Breaker’s crew member is having trouble with the air gun as Formulaefan, Risdo, Speeddemon787 and Digit went ahead of Breaker as he finally got out of the pits in 10th place. Breaker was frustrated with the pit stop and screamed on the radio. Also Penske14 broke the gearbox trying to get out of the pits and was out of the race. Lap 62, the race went back to green as Formulaefan took off on Risdo and Speeddemon787 and out of nowhere F1Freak91 passing Digit for fourth place and moving up fast. Uh Oh, Gag Halfrunt is in Formulaefan’s way and the blue flags were waving at the rookie.

Formulaefan trying to go pass him as Risdo got closer to her Ferrari and Speeddemon787 but she had none of it on the rookie since her teammate got taken out earlier in the race. Formulaefan rammed the rear of Gag’s Porsche on turn five and spun him into the gravel trap as Risdo and Speeddemon787 passed Formulaefan. Corner Marshals were waving yellow flags on turn five and Breaker passed Red Team for a position and the cameras caught him passing during the corner yellow. ITTAWSC officials penalized Breaker with a drive through penalty on the next lap and put him out of contention for the win. Breaker was furious as his crew chief told him about the penalty and had to oblige the penalty. Risdo has a 1.5 second lead on Speeddemon787 and Formulaefan with five laps to go in the race. F1Freak91, MMI16 and VNAFAce were fighting for position as the top three positions stayed in place. Risdo’s luck hadn’t been going his way but now with a lap to go, he will win his first race of ITTAWSC series.

Risdo’s McLaren F1 crosses the finish line and winning his first race followed by Speeddemon787, Formulaefan, F1Freak91, VNAFAce and MMI16. Risdo and his crew were celebrating as he did the Schumacher’s victory jump at the top of the podium as Speeddemon787 and Formulaefan congratulated him on his first victory. All three drivers then spraying champagne on their crews and on to the final round at Roebling in the Indy Lights cars.

Roebling Road Course in Georgia is a 2.02 mile circuit for the last round of the ITTAWSC and the Indy Lights will be the cars to race with. Indyfan2 will commentate the last round.

ITTWASC2 NOW IS A 4-WAY CHAMPIONSHIP FACEOFF!


Many drivers including Championship contender Indyfan2 failed to finish the Sugo race. Breaker was unlucky with just a few points, could make the difference but its totally not when Formulaefan replaced Indyfan2 for 2nd. The rest of the competitors in the points have no changes at all remains after the Pocono's K-Mart 550miles.

* Breaker needs to finish Ahead of Formulaefan, Indyfan2 & Speeddemon787 to win Championship
* Formulaefan needs to finish ahead and 7+pts more than Breaker to win Championship
* Indyfan2 needs to finish ahead and 8+pts more than Breaker to win Championship
* Speeddemon787 needs to finish ahead and 14+ pts more than Breaker to win Championship

Next Race as Speeddemon787 mentioned, it will be IndyLights from the late nineties. This track is narrow and difficult to overtake but the only thing which will make this race exciting: TRAFFIC!

Facility Reports
Roebling recently installed Grandstands at front stretch, Turn 3 and out of Turn 6 throught the final turn. Walls and barriers were installed. Pit extension is made at the last corner. The Fans could anticipate as the gritty, funniest battle and more demanding out of a driver on this narrowed racetrack.

The field qualified in three groups.

Practice Report
LittleAlguy was reported the fastest with the Lola/Buick package for Gliddens Racing as Speeddemon787 did some fine laps. The Galles Racing did a responsive setup and went 3rd to 5th fastest. Indyfan2 and Breaker are 6th and 9th fastest in practice. Formulaefan meanwhile had some worries of defending her ITTAWSC2 championship as she apparently had her gearbox problems that had her dearly. Penske_ALMS didn’t participate practice as he knew this track before joining the series. Ksaulie had a nice opportunity to practice 7th.

CC: Alright, Speeddemon787 is battling for the championship. If Breaker, Formulaefan, and IndyFan2 are nearby, you know what to do.

LittleAlguy: 10-4. Anything within reason.

CC: We'll get them next year. Need any changes? It looks like the car is handling fantastically.

LittleAlguy: Yes. I need a little more grip in 6 and 7. The car understeers too much if I try to double apex. I need a little more front grip to get a better run off of 7. We have enough power to make up but we need just a little more. Soften the dampers a little.

CC: 10-4.

ITTAWSC officials announced penalties for three drivers:

Gag Halfrunt-20 grid position penalty-3 avoidable contacts

Rockstar4199-10 grid position penalty-dangerous avoidable contact.

Indyfan2-5 grid position penalty-Unsportsmanlike conduct on the track: Throwing helmet

Three drivers will be fine 10 grand each and put on probation for ITTAWSC3 season.
