Where's all the talk about today's WSB races?? Two great races. Haga does the double, with a fresh break still in his collarbone. And what happened to Checa after his strong showing last week at Miller?? Corser still looking fast after all these years.

Nori is a freakin stud.That was stuff of legends as far as im concerned.I cant even imagine how painful that would be to ride a race bike with a broken collarbone that is screwed together,much less go out and double against the best Superbike riders in the world.By the way,how many times in one day did Bayliss blow turn 1.It seemed like every lap he went wide and twice,he went so wide as to leave the track

The Ducati has a serious handling problem. If Bayliss can't keep it from running wide like that, what are they gonna do next year?

The second race was setting up to be a doozy, perhaps in the mold of Monza...feel for Corser, as this was looking to be his first race win in nearly two years...

Corser has been riding the best he has all season these last couple of rounds, I'm sure he is aware of his contract status & wants to guarantee a seat somewhere next year, because it is looking unlikely that he will be back with Yamaha Italia.

absolutely gutted for corser. i was certain that he had something for nori. but the man cannot buy a break.

still, he is really on form now. good to see. and i looooove that track, especially that first corner, so many different lines through that, and corser had it figured out, it seems.

anyway, a brilliant second race. can we see motogp on that track soon? a little racier than the sausagering.

I was surprised the moved the GP to the Sachsenring, but it was, I believe, to try to make an economic improvement to that side of the country. I'd much rather stay on the Mosel and drive up to the Nurburgring.

Not sure what you are saying here. MotoGP has been at the Sachsenring for years.

Corser was looking good and even gave credit to Haga, saying he used his engine mapping to make improvements in race 2. Haga was a smooth as he's even been. Interesting, eh? It was two good races but not among he best WSB races. The track did offer some good/rough passionate passes. A few hand gestures were picked up on camera.

WSB racing is so good. Two more exciting races from what looked like an awesome track but we we'll have to wait for Rolfo to tell us how the grass looked before we decide if Nurburgring should stay on the schedule or not

I started the day rooting for Haga but halfway through race two, I couldn't help but switch to Corser. It looked liked his best race in a very long time and it's a shame they didn't get to finish the battle.

It looked like Bayliss couldn't find a good braking point for turn 1. He got in too hot several times which really cost him but made for exciting action on the track. Great stuff.

BTW......thanks to Speed for showing BOTH races. Hopefully they will drop the DMG mess and allocate more air time to WSB.

Yes, and before that they raced at Hockenheim and the Nurburgring. I was surprised that they moved to the Sachsenring when they did - I never implied that the move was recent. I understand why Hockenheim was removed.

Well it's only been, what, ten years? Anyway, I agree. I don't like that track but it does usually provide a good race. Germany has several nice tracks. Oschesleben (?) is another good one.

Anyway, since you're so smart and all, did Zeltweg (Austria) become the A-1 Ring? WSB raced there one or two years I think. It has a weird history and I can't get a clear picture of what happened. It has a really good layout. I saw a tape of a race there.

No idea - I don't follow SBK that closely.
