On a side note, check out those qualifying times...I looked it up and the track is listed as a 5/8's mile...fast time works out to an average of 123.782 mph!

Our NorCal kid, Brad Sweet, didn't do too badly either with a 5th in his Kahne 49.

And this was posted on the NorCal board on Hoseheads:

I'm guessing Cole is the son of Tobin Whitt and brother of Branden Whitt (Craftsman Truck Series winner)? Tobin was a very good driver at Cajon Speedway years ago.
