CUP: Crew Chiefs Flip For Chip

I dont think the crew chiefs are the issue.  I think its the equipment. You cant tell me that JPM isnt better than a 15th-25th each week

Something’s not going right for JPM that’s for sure.  If he was qualifying up front and then sagging back every race, then I’d be willing to point the finger at JPM himself.  But he seems to be finishing about where he qualifies most of the time.  Makes me think they can’t make the car any better as the race goes along, as the front-running teams can do.
