This is a bit of a slap in the face to those that popularize (or attempt to) the US rally scene:

The only ones complaining are those who use to complain that nobody was making Rally Popular in the U.S.

You wanted big leagues well you got it. These regs are no worse than any other major racing series. In fact they are more liberal than some.

You sound happy about it. Most of the people that take pics at rallies have done their work to make rally a known motorsport in the US. Why alienate them?
