Champion Motorsports – World Division is part of the Champion Motorsports online racing community. The World Division races are scheduled using the GMT time zone. We use the full “league only” version of the ILMS (S’erie Internationale Du Mans) mod for rFactor developed by the Carpe Noctem Design Group in what are typically endurance style races lasting 1 ½ -2 hours in length. The World division events take place on Sunday evenings with qualification starting at 20:30 GMT. Beginning Feb 2010 we will be running 2 bi weekly events using GT and 4 class ILMS cars.

We offer clean, fair and enjoyable racing within a great community. No skill level is required, but we expect our drivers to be fair and respect one another!

Champion Motorsports has been running league based sim racing since 1999. Our community has grown over that time to become one of the most active in the sim racing league genre. We provide racing leagues and fun for multiple simulations, including rFactor, Simbin, iRacing and more! There is something for everyone. We welcome all skill levels and our focus is on the community and the “fun” aspect of things.

I was sooooooo excited to see EA Sports not renew the Nascar contract. With looking at great XBOX 360 games like DIRT, Forza, GT, it makes me so frustrutated that Nascar doesn't have a game out like that. Could you imagine how cool a Nascar game on 360 or PS3 would be if made like games such as DIRT? I think a game like that is coming, just don't know when.

Will a PS2 game work in a PS3 player?

Just wondering if I get the F1 06 PS2 version what it will look like in a PS3 if I got a PS3 player later?

OR

Would the PS3 version that comes out later in Feb would it work in a PS2 player?

Will one notice any difference between the PS2 version vs the PS3 version if you did not have a Hi Def TV? (Do you only gain by having a PS3 AND Hi Def TV?)


(I already know that there is not a US version PS2 game as I will Modify my current PS2 to play the European version)
