GET IN ON THE ACTION! Become part of the 2009 NASCAR on SPEED Road Tour Team!

We are currently recruiting for the 2009 NASCAR on SPEED Road Tour Team. We are seeking candidates who are energetic, outgoing, approachable and comfortable interacting with large groups to join a NASCAR related program that will run January 2009-November 2009. Candidates must have an extremely flexible schedule and be able to work 38 races throughout this time frame. Candidates should be knowledgeable about NASCAR and be able to easily connect with other fans!

Responsibilities: Be a SPEED Ambassador Bring a high energy, fun attitude to entertain and excite fans Data capture for SPEED marketing initiatives Develop and perform on-stage pre-shows, games and talent introductions in front of large audiences Engage and interact with race fans Operate basic electronic equipment (PDA, computer, iPOD, video camera) Setup/teardown on-site marketing elements Distribute and maintain inventory of premium items Distribute flyers to fans around the track Develop a good rapport with SPEED talent Conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner Represent SPEED in an ethical and positive way Respect and maintain relationships between all SPEED corporate partners, broadcast partners, sponsorship partners, employees and fans

Requirements: Ability to approach consumers and interact with large groups Comfortable in front of a crowd and speaking on a microphone Energetic and outgoing Highly motivated and creative Ability to work well as part of a team and as an individual Previous promotional/tour experience is preferred Familiar with NASCAR and Motorsports Ability to travel; open and flexible schedule Candidates must be 21 or older Ability to work long hours while standing Ability to lift at least 15 pounds Clean driving record

• Introduce yourself to 5,000 screaming fans, as if you just walked out on the SPEED Stage.
• Show us what you would do to pump up a crowd to get ready for Trackside Live or RaceDay.
• Introduce our talent for RaceDay.
• Creative content of your choice.
