Daryn Pittman has five career Top-Five finishes at Lebanon Valley Speedway, including a fourth-place performance last season. He earned a career-best runner-up finish at the track in 2001. He has won four times this season including the Kings Royal at Eldora Speedway and the opener of the Summer Nationals at Williams Grove Speedway, which are both half-mile tracks.

Sam Hafertepe Jr. made his first start at the track last season during his rookie season with the World of Outlaws. The native of Sunnyvale, Texas has 14 Top-10 finishes this season as he closes in on his first career series win.

Kraig Kinser will make his first start at Lebanon Valley since 2005 on Sunday, September 21. The third generation driver has made two starts at the half-mile during his career. He picked up his first win of the season on Labor Day at Grays Harbor Raceway in Washington and has been one of the most consistent drivers over the last two weeks, picking up five consecutive Top-10 finishes.

Jason Sides, the series top rookie in 2003, has made three starts in his career at Lebanon Valley. The native of Bartlett, Tennessee has 15 Top-10 finishes this season, as he chases his first win of the year.

Tony Bruce Jr. and Chad Hillier both made their first starts at the high-banked half-mile last season during their rookie season with the series. Bruce won his first World of Outlaws race earlier this season, while Hillier has picked up five Top-10 finishes.

Paul McMahan has finished third twice in his career at Lebanon Valley Speedway. He has 14 Top-10 finishes this season, with 12 of those coming since he joined the Parsons Motorsports team earlier this season.

Lucas Wolfe, who is in his first full season with the World of Outlaws and who finished second at Lebanon Valley in 2006 and third last season, will not compete in the event, as he was injured when the original event ran which set the starting lineup for the race on September 21.
