Ninety competitors are on the entry list for this year's Rally Ireland, the third new addition to the 2007 FIA World Rally Championship calendar and the last asphalt event of the season.

Twenty-one countries will be represented, including drivers from Qatar, Japan and the United States, as well as an impressive entry of 53 competitors from Ireland.

Thirty-six World Rally Cars are set to compete, with Britain's Guy Wilks and Kris Meeke, both in a Subaru Impreza, included in the list. There are also all three members of the MacHale family, Austin, Gareth,
and Aaron, all in Ford Focus RS WRCs, and the Irish tarmac champion Eugene Donnelly in a Skoda Fabia WRC.

The only female driver taking part is Emma McKinstry, daughter of Irish rally legend Kenny, from Banbridge, County Down. She competed in the 2006 Rally Ireland candidate event and is a regular on national and international rallies.

The action starts with a Super Special Stage at Stormont on Thursday, November 15.
